Player Tools

The following tools are available in your player dashboard under Account Settings → Responsible Gaming:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Reductions take effect immediately; increases have a 24-hour processing delay.
• Session Time Limits — Set maximum session durations. You will be notified and logged out when the limit is reached.
• Reality Checks — Receive pop-up notifications at regular intervals showing your session time and net win/loss.
• Self-Exclusion — Exclude yourself from the platform for 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or 5 years. Accounts cannot be reopened during the exclusion period.
• Account Closure — Close your account permanently at any time through the settings panel or by contacting support.

Recognising Problem Gambling

Gambling should be entertaining. If you recognise any of the following signs, we encourage you to use our responsible gambling tools or seek support:

• — Spending more than you can afford to lose
• — Gambling to recover previous losses
• — Neglecting work, family, or social commitments due to gambling
• — Feeling anxious, irritable, or secretive about gambling
• — Borrowing money to gamble

Underage Gambling

We strictly prohibit underage gambling. Players must be 18 years of age or older to register and play at Robocat Casino. We verify age and identity as part of our KYC process and will immediately close any account found to belong to a minor.
